These answers do not need to be explicit; they can be one word answers. I would however be most grateful if you could please ask yourself with each symptom, is there anything that makes it better or worse? Please could you also list a rough guide to dates i.e, how long you have had symptoms or received the diagnosis, how frequently do they/this occur, i.e once a week, once a month, persistently? If a pain is experienced and it is sharp, dull etc. Please apply these details, when possible, to all the following questions below as this helps me to understand a holistic picture of your overall health, thank you.
If you have Athletes Foot or a Verruca please notify me and with the latter please cover it with a plaster prior to your treatment. It is the clients respectful responsibility to notify the practitioner of any infectious diseases and to also keep them up to date on subsequent visits on any changes to their health, i.e a new diagnosis or illnesses or newly prescribed medication. Providing this information is advisable for your own health and safety as some essential oils should not be used or the % should be altered and some areas of the body avoided in these situations, your consideration is greatly appreciated, thank you.
